Even if you have already done a complimentary consultation or have met with this therapist at another clinic before, please select this session for your first visit with us. it’s not to take away from any work that you’ve already done in connecting with us, but to send along important forms to complete prior to meeting once again!

  3. if you are already a client with rooted willow, please book an Individual Follow-up Session or a Couples Follow-up Session. You are welcome to choose either an in person or a virtual appointment ( we distinguish these in the description of each appointment and you will also notice a little video icon for online appointments).

  4. In order to book online you must provide a valid credit card on file for the case of a late cancellation or no show.

  5. Our Cancellation Policy is 24 hours notice. Please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. There is a fee of $150 per hour or 50% of your adjusted and agreed upon billing rate for any appointment cancelled within 24 hours. I’ve been a registered social worker for 15 years now. From navigating the bustling world of medical social work to diving into the depths of mental health and grief support, I’ve had the chance to ever expand my toolkit! after earning my masters, I dove headfirst into the world of family and couple therapy with a two-year post-master’s certificate. I’ve sharpened my skills in various therapeutic approaches and hold two externship certificates in emotionally focused therapy (eft). Now, I’m eagerly working towards my RMFT designation, which is recognized as the gold standard for couple and family therapy in Canada. My specialized training equips me to provide high-level support in nurturing and strengthening you and your relationships. I’m here to honour your vulnerability and provide a safe space for growth, skill development and positive change.
